Sure, the whole “mascot at a minor league ball game” idea is fun. But bios? Okay, that can be fun too, but some of that took way too much thought. My personal favorite was from 7/15, “Rusty Roughcut”. I think I saw him in a movie once in college.
Oh, and Barry Bonds is still one of the biggest bitches on the planet. I feel for him with his dad dying and all, but he’s taking almost 2 weeks off in the middle of a pennant race for bereavement. The rest of us might get 3 days if we’re lucky. Not Barry. Even when he’s allowed to be selfish and think of himself, he’s selfish. And a bitch.
